1. General Terms

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "Terms" or "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (hereinafter "Player", "User", or "you") and jillebd (hereinafter "jillebd", "we", "us", or "the Platform"). These Terms govern all access to and use of the jillebd website, mobile interface, games, sportsbook, live casino, payment systems, bonus programmes, and any other service or content provided by jillebd.

By registering an account, logging in, depositing funds, or otherwise using any part of the jillebd platform, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them without reservation. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the jillebd platform and must close your account if one has already been opened.

1.1 Language and Governing Version

These Terms are written and published in English. The English-language version of these Terms is the sole authoritative version. Any translation provided for convenience carries no legal weight and, in the event of any discrepancy, the English text shall prevail.

1.2 Amendments to These Terms

jillebd reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time and without prior notice, except in cases where a material change significantly affects your rights or obligations, in which case reasonable notice will be provided. The most current version of these Terms is always available at /terms-conditions. It is your responsibility to review the Terms periodically. Your continued use of jillebd following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Eligibility & Age Restriction

Access to jillebd is strictly limited to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and throughout the entire duration of their account with the Platform:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. jillebd enforces a strict 18+ age policy. No exceptions are made under any circumstances.
• You must be accessing the Platform as an individual acting on your own behalf, and not as an agent, employee, or representative of any third party.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or close family member of an employee or contractor of jillebd or any of its affiliated companies, software providers, or payment partners.
• You must have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction.
• Your account must not have been previously suspended or permanently banned from jillebd for any reason.

2.1 Jurisdictional Responsibility

It is your responsibility to determine whether accessing and using jillebd is lawful in the country or territory from which you are accessing the Platform. jillebd makes no warranties that its services are appropriate or legally available in all locations. Players who access jillebd from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited do so entirely at their own risk and in violation of local law — jillebd bears no liability in such circumstances.

3. Account Registration

To access the full range of jillebd services — including game play, sports betting, deposits, withdrawals, and participation in bonus programmes — you must first register a player account on the Platform. The following rules apply to all account registrations:

3.1 Accurate Information

You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information at the time of registration. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile number. Providing false, misleading, or unverifiable registration information is a material breach of these Terms and will result in account suspension and forfeiture of any associated funds or bonuses.

3.2 One Account Per Player

Each player is entitled to hold one and only one account on jillebd. Registering multiple accounts — whether under your own name, a pseudonym, or using the credentials of another person — is strictly prohibited. jillebd uses technical and procedural controls to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all accounts except the first registered will be permanently closed and any pending withdrawals cancelled.

3.3 Account Credentials and Security

You are solely responsible for keeping your jillebd login credentials confidential. You must not share your username or password with any other person. jillebd will never request your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. Any activity carried out using your account credentials will be treated as activity by you, whether or not it was authorised. If you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact jillebd support immediately at support@jillebd.

3.4 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

jillebd reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time — particularly before processing a first withdrawal, after a significant change in account activity, or where fraud or money laundering is suspected. Required documents may include a government-issued photo ID (National ID Card, passport), proof of residential address (utility bill, bank statement dated within three months), and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide requested documentation within the stipulated timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

jillebd supports a range of deposit and withdrawal methods tailored to the Bangladesh market. All financial transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following terms apply to all deposits and withdrawals made on the Platform:

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

jillebd accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods:

• Mobile Wallets: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay
• Bank Transfers: City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank
• International Cards: Visa, Mastercard (where available and subject to card issuer restrictions)

jillebd does not accept deposits made using cash, cryptocurrency, or any payment method not listed in the Platform's current payment options. The available payment methods are subject to change without prior notice.

4.2 Minimum and Maximum Transactions

Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits apply to all accounts and payment methods on jillebd. Current limits are displayed at the time of initiating a transaction in the player's account dashboard. These limits may vary depending on the player's account verification status, payment method, and account history.

4.3 Deposit Processing

Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are typically credited to the player's jillebd wallet instantly or within a few minutes of the transaction being confirmed by the payment provider. Bank transfer deposits may take longer depending on the processing times of the relevant financial institution. jillebd is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment providers.

4.4 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed by jillebd within one business day of the request being submitted, subject to completion of KYC verification and the absence of any pending bonus wagering requirements. Withdrawals are paid to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit wherever possible. jillebd reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal it deems to be at elevated risk of fraud or money laundering.

4.5 Transaction Fees

jillebd does not charge transaction fees on deposits or withdrawals made via supported local payment methods including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. However, your mobile wallet provider or bank may apply their own charges, which are your sole responsibility. For international card transactions, applicable network fees may apply and will be communicated at the point of transaction.

4.6 Currency and Exchange

All accounts on jillebd are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). If you use a payment method denominated in a different currency, your payment provider will apply the applicable exchange rate. jillebd bears no responsibility for exchange rate fluctuations or currency conversion charges imposed by your payment provider.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

jillebd offers a range of promotional offers to eligible players, including the flagship 200% Welcome Bonus up to ৳20,000, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the following general terms, as well as any specific terms published alongside each individual offer:

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New players who register a verified account on jillebd and make a qualifying first deposit are eligible to receive the welcome bonus. The welcome bonus credits an additional 200% of the deposit amount up to a maximum of ৳20,000. For example, a qualifying first deposit of ৳1,000 will result in a total wallet balance of ৳3,000 (৳1,000 real funds plus ৳2,000 bonus funds). The welcome bonus is available to each eligible player only once and cannot be claimed more than once per household, IP address, device, or payment method.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

All bonus funds credited to your jillebd account are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement for each bonus offer is specified in the individual promotion terms. Wagering requirements must be met using real money and/or bonus funds as stipulated. Certain game types (including live casino tables, baccarat, and roulette in some configurations) may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all toward the fulfilment of wagering requirements. 5.3 Bonus Abuse

jillebd actively monitors accounts for bonus abuse. Actions that constitute bonus abuse include but are not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer more than once; hedging bets across different outcomes to guarantee profit from bonus funds; colluding with other players to manipulate bonus wagering; and any other strategy designed to exploit promotional terms rather than engage with the games in good faith. Where bonus abuse is detected, jillebd reserves the right to void all bonuses, cancel pending withdrawals derived from bonus play, and permanently close the account.

5.4 Expiry of Bonus Funds

Bonus funds and free spins that are not used within the validity period stated in the specific promotion terms will expire automatically and cannot be reinstated. It is the player's responsibility to check the expiry date of each bonus before use.

6. User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

By using jillebd, you agree to conduct yourself in a lawful, respectful, and good-faith manner at all times. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Platform:

• Providing false, misleading, or unverifiable personal information at any point.
• Using the Platform for any purpose that is fraudulent, criminal, or unlawful under applicable law.
• Attempting to launder money or use jillebd as a conduit for illicit financial transactions.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other automated means to interact with the Platform, place bets, or gain an unfair advantage over other players.
• Exploiting errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities in the Platform's software for financial gain. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a technical error are void and will be reclaimed by jillebd.
• Engaging in collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes, match results, or bonus accrual.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing jillebd staff or other players via any communication channel.
• Using a VPN, proxy, or any other technology to circumvent geographical restrictions or access the Platform from a prohibited jurisdiction.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or copy any part of the jillebd software, game code, or proprietary content.
• Registering or operating more than one player account on jillebd.

7. Account Suspension & Closure

7.1 Closure by jillebd

jillebd reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Provision of false or unverifiable identity information.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Suspected or confirmed fraudulent activity, money laundering, or criminal conduct.
• Chargebacks initiated against deposits made to jillebd.
• Conduct that jillebd reasonably believes is detrimental to the integrity of the Platform or harmful to other players.
• Regulatory or legal obligation requiring suspension or termination of the account.

Where an account is closed by jillebd due to a breach of these Terms, any real-money balance remaining in the account will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Bonus funds and any winnings derived from prohibited conduct will be void and forfeited in all cases.

7.2 Closure by the Player

You may close your jillebd account at any time by contacting the support team at support@jillebd with a clear written request. Before submitting a closure request, you are encouraged to withdraw any remaining real-money balance. Once a closure request is confirmed, any unclaimed bonus funds will be voided. jillebd will process account closure requests within five business days of receipt.

7.3 Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant if no login activity has occurred for a continuous period of twelve (12) months. jillebd may contact you via email prior to declaring an account dormant. Dormant accounts may be subject to a monthly administrative fee as specified in the Platform's current fee schedule, applied against any remaining real-money balance until the balance reaches zero or the account is reactivated. Players may reactivate a dormant account by logging in and completing any required re-verification.

8. Responsible Gaming

jillebd is committed to promoting responsible gaming and protecting the wellbeing of its players. We believe that gambling should be an entertaining leisure activity, not a source of financial stress or personal harm. The following responsible gaming provisions form part of these Terms and are enforceable by both parties:

8.1 Player Self-Assessment

Players are encouraged to regularly assess their gambling behaviour and seek help if they feel that gambling is beginning to negatively affect their finances, relationships, or mental health. jillebd provides a full suite of responsible gaming tools accessible from the player account dashboard.

8.2 Deposit Limits

Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their jillebd accounts. Once set, a deposit limit takes effect immediately and cannot be increased until a mandatory cooling-off period has elapsed. Requests to reduce a deposit limit take effect immediately. These tools are designed to help players stay within their personal financial boundaries.

8.3 Self-Exclusion

Players who feel they need to take a break from gambling may request self-exclusion by contacting jillebd support at support@jillebd. Self-exclusion periods range from thirty days to permanent exclusion. During a self-exclusion period, the player will be unable to log in, deposit, or place bets on the Platform. Any active bonuses will be voided upon self-exclusion. jillebd takes self-exclusion requests seriously and processes them promptly.

8.4 Minor Protection

jillebd strictly prohibits access by individuals under the age of 18. Players who share a household with minors are advised to use parental control software to restrict access to gambling websites. jillebd recommends resources such as Net Nanny and similar family safety tools for this purpose. If you suspect a minor has gained access to your jillebd account, report it to support@jillebd immediately.

9. Intellectual Property

All content available on the jillebd platform — including but not limited to software, source code, game assets, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, data, and the overall look and feel of the website — is the exclusive intellectual property of jillebd or its licensed content providers and game studios. This content is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the jillebd platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, display, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any part of the jillebd platform or its content without the prior written consent of jillebd.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jillebd and its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of, or inability to use, the Platform — including losses arising from interruption of service, software errors, third-party payment failures, or changes to game availability.

jillebd's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with any single claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which jillebd is registered and operates as an international online gaming platform. Players are responsible for verifying the legality of online gambling in their own jurisdiction.

In the event of a dispute between a player and jillebd, the player is encouraged to first contact the support team at support@jillebd to seek an informal resolution. jillebd will endeavour to resolve all player complaints fairly and within a reasonable timeframe. If an informal resolution cannot be reached, the dispute shall be referred to the competent courts or arbitration body of the governing jurisdiction, as specified in jillebd's dispute resolution procedure.
